Throughout the strategic planning process, we heard three consistent pieces of feedback from our families, staff, and community partners:
Meet Growing Demand
There is a large and growing unmet demand in the community for services as cases of Autism have doubled in just the last 7 years.
Build Stronger Bridge between Programs
Parents want to be able to continue with Morgan Autism Center after a student graduates from the school program. Currently, there is a need for stronger alignment between the school program and the adult program in order for more students to attend the adult program.
Increase Community-Based Opportunities
Families want more community-based and vocational opportunities across both programs.
What
In direct response, our Vision 2030 focuses on significantly expanding our school and adult programs, building a better bridge between our two programs, and deepening our community-based programming. Through these combined efforts we will also ensure the future financial security of Morgan Autism Center.

The addition of these new programs will also provide a broader continuum of support in order to accept additional graduates from our school program.

In order to increase the amount of meaningful time adults spend in the community, we will provide additional pre-vocational and vocational opportunities.
How
We need to build an additional facility on campus to host four new school classrooms and a new space specifically designed for our adults.

With the recent completion of our new strategic plan–Vision 2030, we plan to significantly increase the size of our school and adult program, build a better bridge between our school and adult program, as well as deepen our community-based programming.
