Welcome to Morgan Autism Center Morgan Autism Center, located in San Jose, California, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) special education program for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Founded in 1969, the center provides a very positive, highly structured environment with a high staff to student ratio.
